How To Set Up A Home Server Using WAMP
This is a video tutorial on how to setup a home server using WAMP server. You can setup your website at your own home server, and this server can run PHP and mySQL too. If you don’t want to use Wamp or you’re using a Mac, there are other software that work like WAMP, check it out here

You should be using WAMP for development! but I’m not sure why your suggesting WAMP when you could be using portable wamp.
