PHPanywhere is a web based free Integrated Development Environment or IDE for the PHP language. It includes a real-time syntax code editor with support for all web formats and a powerful FTP editor.
Using this tool is easy, you don’t need to install anything on your computer, you just sign up for an account, then you can code PHP anytime anywhere. You can also share your work and allow others to work on your projects.

This service is just an almost standard border layout from extjs, Highlighting didnt work for me. It could be a lot better…

I don’t think this is something I could use. I prefer to use portable Dreamweaver when coding PHP and CSS websites on other computers.
