Creating Spry Tooltip in Dreamweaver CS4 Video Tutorial

One of a new feature in Dramweaver CS4 is a Spry tooltip that can help you can crate a nice on mouse over tooltip using spry in Dreamweaver CS4 easily.

I think this tooltip effect is really nice and useful for all web designer that you can apply to your web design project easily (if you’re using Dreamweaver CS4 as your web editor).
